In my speaking engagements worldwide, I sometimes give nutritional tips toward the end of my programs as “added value.” After all, my audiences consist of everyone from CFO’s, managers, and team leaders, to engineers, human resources directors, and everyone in between. They’re in demanding careers, often stressed out and sapped of their energy. People really enjoy this information, so I thought I’d share it with all of you. These foods are especially high in calcium which increases your energy, and high in magnesium which reduces depression.

  • Spinach
  • Broccoli
  • Kale
  • Peas
  • Lentils
  • Raisins
  • Bananas
  • Tofu
  • Beans (black beans, pinto…)

Additionally, some foods are particularly high in Vitamin C, beneficial for your immune system and staving off stress.
